The Work You Will Do
Consider the level of autonomy. What work will be involved, do you enjoy this kind of work? What are the growth opportunities?

The Company
What are the company's values, and how are they manifested in the every day environment? Who manages the business and what are their backgrounds?

Finance
Look at the complete package. Basic, overtime, bonuses and other incentives and allowances. Pensions, insurances, cars, phones, laptops etc. How are bonuses earned. What would you need to achieve to earn a bonus?

Work / Home Balance
What are the hours. Consider the location and commute. Parking or transportation to and from work. How much work is there?

Relationships
